Refund Policy: I list sizes and give you visual samples. What you see is what you get on this site. Due to the digital nature of the product I cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
hereswendy’s responsibilities are complete once you have downloaded the file(s). I cannot be held responsible for issues with web browser or software, alterations, a typo in your email address during checkout (this will result in a delay in getting your images), sample text, a purchase of the wrong file type or size, paypal using your primary email address and not the one you expected, image resizing, your printer settings, etc.

- By purchasing the product/s you agree to the hereswendy policies.
- You understand and agree that the purchased file is for personal use only
- All designs, artwork and product images (including derivatives) remain the intellectual property of hereswendy.com/hereswendyEmbDesigns/Wendy Townrow and are not to be used for commercial purposes (except as stitched work for home based businesses, no mass production), sold or shared.
- You may use the files or set items unlimited times for personal use or home based business selling completed items for sale only
- The files are not to be shared, transmitted, copied, transferred, altered or resold.
- You may not sell or give the files away either individually or as part of a set (unless purchased as a gift in which case the recipient is deemed to be the owner of the licence and is bound by the licence terms)
You may not lend the files either individually or as part of a set - You may not claim the original design or derivatives as your own
- You may not use this design for mass production of finished goods or any other commercial purposes without purchasing a commercial license from hereswendyEmbDesigns (embroiderydesign@hereswendy.com).
- Please note that this is the only source for authorization.
- You may not use the design file to create printed items, heat transfer items, images and, graphics or any other format, digital or otherwise
- You may not Sell, share or distribute images or derivatives on any print on demand website such as Snapfish, Cafe Press, Zazzle, RedBubble or Minted or on any stock image or photo book/photo card site.
STANDARD USE LICENCE INFORMATION
- You can use the files to create finished projects
- The files are provided for Personal Use or a product that is to be sold as a completed item. Permission is given to store the digital items as many times as you want, instructions can be printed as many times as you need. You must not share these digital images with others.
- You are purchasing the right to use the file; no copyright is transferred to you.
