FAQ’s

1. Machine Embroidery designs are an instant download product
2. These files are digital, no physical product is supplied.
   You will need an embroidery machine to stitch the designs.
3. All the files types are zipped together into one folder
4. ZIP files are available after your purchase is completed.
   You will need software to un-compress the file.
5. The ZIP file will have the information PDF as well as multiple machine files; you will need to use the file type suitable for your machine.
6. The information PDF contains a sample product image, a digitally rendered stitch file and a suggested colour chart in stitching order.
7. The colour chart is a suggestion only and may differ in appearance on different monitors and printers. You can use whatever colours or thread you like.
8. Sizes are given in millimetres and a stitch count is provided.

11. I do not support or recommend resizing the stitch files
12. All designs have been stitched many times using a medium weight cotton fabric and medium weight stabilizer. Results may vary on your machine and I suggest doing a test stitch on similar fabric to your final item before you stitch.
13. I do not do custom orders
